Welcome to the AIA COTE Green Projects Web site.
The submission process for 2008 is now closed. To view the 2008 winners and read about how each of the projects addressed the ten measures, visit the 2008 winners page.
Look for the 2009 competition to open December 1, 2008, with a deadline of January 23, 2009.
You can also view selected projects from previous years' programs.
Please consider submitting your project next year. In the meantime, you can publicize your project and prepare for next year's submission by doing one or both of the following:
- Submit your projects for recognition through the ENERGY STAR program if they are of an appropriate building type. The AIA Top Ten submission requires an ENERGY STAR score for building types that are included in that program.
- Complete your project profiles for the High Performance Buildings Database. Entries in this database can be used as the basis for AIA Top Ten submissions, reducing the amount of information that needs to be entered during the submission process.
