James Timberlake: There is something simple and seductive on how it engages the landscape. Views are simple, light, elegant, and open that are beautifully detailed. This has a totality to it from the site and landscape.

Michelle Addington: I responded to the limited use of mechanical cooling. Other centers were so heavy conditioned and this one was in the worst climate. This demonstrates a true willingness to challenge temperature.
